Facilities Coordinator
Job Description
The Facilities Coordinator role involves providing support to Site and/or Assistant Facility Managers in various operational activities including maintenance and operations, accounting and finance, vendor oversight, and equipment and supplies management. This position is crucial for maintaining client relationships and ensuring service levels are met.
Responsibilities- Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure the office is clean and organized.
- Respond to all work orders promptly, ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service.
- Identify opportunities for improved operation and service excellence, making recommendations for site inspections and assessments.
- Schedule and manage repairs, maintenance, minor works, and other work requests, tracking them to completion.
- Provide information and direction to vendors, facilities staff, and other service providers to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work with minimal disruption.
- Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required.
- Coordinate the delivery of site amenities such as fitness, food services, massage, transportation, and support moves as required.
- Provide coordination and support for events, meetings, and conference facilities.
- Manage reception and guest support, mail and courier services, office supplies and equipment maintenance, landlord relations, building access passes, and safety and security support.
- Update and maintain accurate records and official documentation for the site, including web pages.
- Maintain and propose emergency response plans, including evacuation, implementation of after-hours emergency response, and environmental health and safety.
- Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and vendor management.
- Understanding of basic technical aspects of property, computer room air-conditioning, chiller systems, fire protection systems, and mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in various information technology tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle stressful situations effectively.
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and flexible.
- Experience with CORRIGO Program and managing tickets.
- Strong vendor management skills.
- Organized, quick learner, and motivated.
The position is based in Redwood, California, USA, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM PST. The role involves working in a dynamic environment where excellent coordination and execution of tasks are required, with minimal disruption to the daily operations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00/hr.
