Local Logistics White Glove Commercial Driver

Position Summary

TTi Logistics, LLC drivers are responsible for the safe, timely, and professional delivery, installation, and setup of high-value products and equipment to commercial customers. This role combines commercial driving responsibilities with premium "white glove" customer service, ensuring products are delivered, positioned, assembled, and installed according to customer specifications. The driver serves as the face of the company and must maintain a strong commitment to safety, professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation & Delivery

• Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with all DOT, state, and local regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Perform local pickup and delivery routes for maximum efficiency and on-time performance.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload products while preventing damage.
• Complete delivery documentation, logs, and proof-of-delivery records accurately

White Glove Service

• Deliver high-value products directly to customer locations, including offices, healthcare facilities, retail locations, and other commercial environments.
• Uncrate, unpack, assemble, position, and install products as required.
• Conduct product inspections before and after delivery.
• Remove packaging materials and debris from customer sites.
• Provide customers with basic operational demonstrations when applicable.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Utilize proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, hours-of-service requirements, and company policies.
• Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience in the NJ/NYC commercial area. Prefer Commercial Driver's License (CDL) but will consider appropriate commercial driving credentials and experience.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements.
• Experience with loading, unloading, and securing cargo including operations of specialty logistics handling and loading equipment, pad, bubble wrap and banding equipment as well as certified forklift operation.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move products weighing up to 75-100 pounds, with assistance as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate mobile devices, GPS systems, and electronic delivery applications
