Pay: $34–$37/hr to Start
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We are looking for an experienced Account Management & Manufacturing professional to join our team in Oregon City. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers while also coordinating closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Shipping, Finance, and Management.
This role is ideal for someone with a manufacturing background who understands customer accounts, quality requirements, production processes, documentation, and problem-solving. The position is non-supervisory and offers a broad range of responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable working independently, and able to use good judgment when managing customer needs and resolving issues.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers, OEM partners, and dealers
- Build and maintain strong, professional customer relationships
- Coordinate customer requirements with Production, Engineering, Quality, Shipping, Finance, and Management
- Manage customer accounts, orders, returns, RMAs, replacements, and blanket orders
- Research customer history, product information, specifications, pricing, and account activity
- Help identify and resolve customer, product, production, and quality issues
- Work with Quality and Manufacturing teams to investigate issues and determine appropriate next steps
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, product questions, quality concerns, and resolutions
- Maintain accurate customer, product, order, and account information in business systems
- Review customer requirements and communicate relevant specifications to internal teams
- Assist with quotations, pricing information, supplier forms, and customer documentation
- Support dealer accounts, portals, product information, and pricing updates
- Assist with website product and pricing updates when needed
- Help create and maintain procedures, workflows, work instructions, and process documentation
- Support continuous improvement and process-improvement projects
- Research and resolve routine customer and account issues while escalating non-standard matters appropriately
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer and manufacturing activities
- Provide cross-functional support and training when needed
- Attend customer meetings and trade shows as needed
- Perform other related account management, manufacturing, quality, and administrative responsibilities
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in manufacturing, account management, customer service, quality, production coordination, or a related field
- Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
- Experience working with customers, OEMs, dealers, or commercial accounts
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, or quality requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with product specifications, documentation, orders, or customer requirements
- Strong problem-solving and research skills
- Ability to investigate issues and coordinate solutions across multiple departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working with ERP, CRM, or other business systems
- Ability to read and understand product, manufacturing, or technical information
- Ability to make informed recommendations and know when an issue needs management or engineering approval
- Professional, dependable, and proactive attitude
QC / Quality Experience Is a Plus
Candidates with experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, manufacturing inspection, corrective actions, nonconformance, customer complaints, or quality documentation are encouraged to apply.
Experience working between customers and manufacturing/quality teams would be especially valuable.
