Recruiters / Staffing Manager Needed

We are seeking a Manager & Account Manager Specialist to join our growing staffing office in Smyrna, TN. This position will help grow the business by recruiting and managing day-to-day operations. This role requires a self-motivated and highly organized person. The ideal candidate must be able to deliver unrivaled service. CDL staffing experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for business development.
• Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate new business leads.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client requirements.
• Monitor account performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Experience:

• Proven experience in account management or a related field, demonstrating strong sales capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and client needs effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Experience in business development strategies that drive growth within existing accounts.
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Staffing Experience or Office and Recruiting Experience strongly desired
• Driver Recruiting Experience, a MUST
• Self-motivated with high energy
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Great time management, scheduling, and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills
• Zoho and Ten Street Software Experience a plus
