Maintenance Supervisor

National top tier property management company is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated, customer service driven Maintenance Supervisor for luxury apartment community located in Brooklyn, NY. APARTMENT INCLUDED WITH POSITION

Requirements:

1. 24/7 availability for emergencies
2. 5 yrs minimum experience in (plumbing / electric / maintenance resolutions)
3. Strong trouble shooting abilities
4. reliable transportation
5. valid NY Driver’s License
6. independent leader/manager
7. strong communication
8. customer service skills
9. team player mentality

Responsibilities:

1. Perform necessary maintenance duties to turn apartments upon vacancy
2. Organizing/prioritizing maintenance tasks including work orders and repairs.
3. Supervising/participating in all aspects of the preventative maintenance program, all snow removal efforts, as well as the rotating on-call emergency request function.
