Customer Service Supervisor
Job Description
The Onsite Supervisor is Epic Personnel Partners’ primary representative at the client location. This role provides excellent customer service while managing daily staffing, employee support, attendance, timekeeping, onboarding, safety and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the client’s main point of contact and respond promptly to staffing and service needs.
- Coordinate daily headcount, assignments, call-offs, late arrivals and replacement requests.
- Welcome, support and coach employees regarding attendance, performance, conduct and workplace expectations.
- Partner with recruiters to fill openings and coordinate interviews, onboarding and new starts.
- Review time records, correct discrepancies and ensure payroll information is accurate and submitted on time.
- Maintain required employee documentation and prepare attendance, staffing and turnover reports.
- Reinforce safety procedures and immediately report injuries, hazards or serious employee concerns.
- Work closely with recruiting, payroll, HR, safety and operations to resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain a professional, positive and organized onsite environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of customer service, staffing, recruiting, HR, operations or supervisory experience preferred.
- Warehouse, manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred.
Work Environment and Schedule
This is a full-time onsite position in a warehouse, manufacturing or distribution environment. The schedule may include early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays based on client needs. The position requires regular standing and walking and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
