Allied OneSource is hiring dedicated Special Education Teachers for the 2026–2027 school year. Join our team as a contracted educator supporting a partner school district in Upper Darby, PA. Openings are available at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.

What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized instruction aligned with students' IEP goals
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Adapt curriculum, instructional methods, and classroom materials to meet diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
• Ensure compliance with all district, state, and federal special education requirements

What You Need

• Valid Pennsylvania Special Education teaching certification (required)
• Authorization to work as a Special Education Teacher in Pennsylvania
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to support students across academic, behavioral, and social-emotional domains
• Commitment to inclusive, student-centered education
