Southland Employment Inc. is seeking a motivated Team Lead – Laundry / Production to oversee daily operations and lead a hardworking production team. If you have leadership experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team to meet daily production goals.
- Train, coach, and motivate employees.
- Monitor workflow and assign tasks for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure quality standards and company policies are followed.
- Perform quality checks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Report equipment or maintenance issues.
- Assist with inventory and supply management.
Qualifications:
'05; Previous laundry or production experience required.
'05; Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
'05; Strong communication and organizational skills.
'05; Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
'05; Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
'05; Basic computer skills are a plus.
