Warehouse Technician

Aurora Material Solutions is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to help ensure efficient movement of materials in our dynamic manufacturing environment. Primary Responsibilities:
- Shipping & Receiving:
- Unload incoming shipments and verify contents.
- Load outgoing trucks safely and accurately.
- Clean and inspect all delivery equipment, including bulk truck hoppers.
- Inventory Control:
- Track and record inventory movement using IQMS.
- Coordinate requests and transfer materials between Aurora locations.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Warehouse Organization:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate dock door traffic to ensure smooth operations.
- Documentation & Communication:
- Accurately update warehouse management software and complete all paperwork.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, other team members, and drivers to minimize errors and delays.

What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 1 year of prior warehouse experience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and consistency.
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and operate a forklift safely.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic warehouse technology.
- Dependable, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to work in a variable plant environment (temperature fluctuations, noise, dust, and moving machinery). PPE is required.
