Member Services Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person, by phone and via digital channels
• Process a variety of transactions accurately, including deosits, withdrawals, payments and account maintenance
• Educate members on products, services, on line banking tools and financial solutions that meet their needs
• Resolve member questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, compliance and attention to detail in all member interactions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous retail, banking or customer service experience preferred
• Comfort with computers, digital tools and learning new systems
• Ability to multi-task, stay organised and work in a fast moving environment
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed financially
