Position Summary

The Logistics White Glove Driver Helper / Warehouse Assistant supports delivery operations by assisting drivers with transportation, installation, and setup of high-value products while also performing warehouse duties. This role ensures safe product handling, exceptional customer service, inventory accuracy, and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities - Delivery & White Glove Services

· Assist drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering products to customer locations.

· Safely transport products into offices, healthcare facilities, retail stores, and commercial locations.

· Unpack, assemble, position, and install products according to customer requirements.

· Remove packing materials and debris and provide professional customer service.

Warehouse Operations

· Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments.

· Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for delivery.

· Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

Safety & Compliance

· Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

· Use proper lifting techniques and PPE.

· Report accidents, incidents, and safety concerns immediately.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED preferred.

· Ability to lift up to 75-100 pounds with assistance as needed.

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Previous logistics, delivery, moving, or warehouse experience preferred.
