Production Worker
Production Associate
Responsibilities:
- Complete various production tasks as assigned by Production Operator.
- Clears pan jams from line, removes and adds baking pans as needed.
- Troubleshoots basic causes of line stops and restarts production.
- Assist the production operator in line startups and changeovers.
- Oversee product quality and ensure product being produced in in compliance with customer specifications.
- Maintain high rates of production as set by the Operator and Production Supervisor.
- Separates rework from raw dough waste whenever possible to minimize waste.
- Monitor and deliver side trimmings to mixer; notify operator when side trimmings exceed acceptable rates.
16.50/hr: 1st Shift
- Production: 4:45 AM – 1:00 PM
- Packaging: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
$17.25/hr: 2nd Shift
- Production: 12:45 PM – 9:00 PM
- Packaging: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
$18.00/hr: 3rd Shift
- Production: 8:45 PM – 5:00 AM
- Packaging: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM
