Company Overview:
A prominent, full-service plaintiffs' litigation firm in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Case Management Attorney to join their growing team. This firm specializes in high-stakes complex litigation, including product liability, pharmaceutical dockets, and catastrophic personal injury matters. The ideal candidate will manage multiple mass tort dockets, help lead our case management team, and drive strategic initiatives from case inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of complex mass tort and product liability cases.
  • Promote a positive team culture by mentoring junior attorneys and legal support staff while fostering accountability and ownership.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to establish litigation strategies and optimize operational processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to support ongoing case progression and practice area development.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of plaintiffs' mass tort litigation experience, preferably within a medium to large-size law firm environment (required).
  • Proven experience supervising and managing a team of paralegals, legal assistants, or administrative staff (required).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and functions effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Active license in good standing to practice law in the state of Texas.
  • Proficiency with standard legal tech, including legal research platforms, electronic filing systems (PACER/ECF), spreadsheet software, and mainstream case management databases.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range of $145,000 – $165,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Competitive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan, medical and dental coverage, and paid time off.

Job Type and Schedule:

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard 8-hour workday, on-site in the Dallas office (no hybrid or remote options available).
