-Manage all aspects of the daily operation of the chocolate shop
-Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule employees
-Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example
-Prepare, package, and merchandise chocolate products
-Maintain inventory, order products, and create attractive displays
-Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling
-Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards are maintained
-Develop and implement marketing ideas to increase sales, including promoting gift baskets, seasonal offerings, corporate gifts, fundraising opportunities, and other business partnerships
-Build relationships within the community and seek opportunities to grow the business
