As an Associate Account Manager, you will work alongside experienced Account Managers to service new and existing commercial insurance clients. You'll gain a comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance products, policy coverages, risk management principles, insurance terminology, and agency management systems while building valuable business and customer service skills.

What You'll Do

• Assist Account Managers in servicing commercial insurance clients across a wide variety of industries.
• Help clients understand and make appropriate changes to their insurance coverage.
• Prepare binders, certificates of insurance, policy documents, endorsements, and related client materials accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client requests while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients, insurance carriers, brokers, and fellow team members.
• Learn industry-leading agency management software and insurance carrier systems.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through our registered apprenticeship program.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned while expanding your knowledge and experience.
