Production Associate – $19/hr + Friday Overtime!
Location: Fairfield
Pay: $19.00 / hour
Schedule: Mon – Thu (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Fri Overtime (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
What You’ll Do
- Assemble: Build window frames using power drills and impact drivers.
- Seal: Apply caulking to finish window shells.
- Inspect: Use a tape measure to check quality and precision.
What You Need
- Experience with power drills and hand tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Capability to lift 30–60 lbs and stay active through 10-hour shifts.
- Great attendance and team mindset. (Schematic reading & prior assembly are a plus!)
