Mandatory qualifications
- Must be Director-qualified in the state of Maryland.
- Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or Business Administration.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a childcare or preschool center.
- 90 hours of training in preschool, infant/toddler, and school-age education is required.
-Strong Communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
-Flexible with shift hours
