Site Safety Coordinator - Data Center Construction

SafeSite Solutions is currently hiring experienced Site Safety Coordinators for an upcoming Data Center construction project in Memphis, Tennessee.

We are seeking safety professionals who are dependable, proactive, and experienced in fast-paced construction settings.

Position Details

• Position: Site Safety Coordinator
• Location: Memphis, TN
• Industry: Data Center Construction
• Schedule: Day and Night Shift available
• Duration: 9- 12 Months
• Start Date: Immediately
• Employment Type: 1099 Contractor

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate

• Per diem is offered

Responsibilities

• Enforce site-specific and OSHA safety policies
• Conduct daily site audits and inspections
• Maintain safety documentation and reports
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
• Coordinate with site leadership, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Stop unsafe work when necessary

Requirements

• Previous construction safety experience required
• CPR/First Aid
• OSHA 500/510 required
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Strong professionalism with clients, managers, and other team members
• Ability to work long hours in active construction environments
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening

Preferred Experience

• Mission critical/data center projects
• Data center experience preferred
• Electrical and mechanical construction environments
• High-volume subcontractor coordination
• Microsoft Office and digital reporting platforms
