We're seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to lead our dispatch team, coordinate field service operations across Chicagoland and out-of-state markets, and ensure exceptional customer service through effective scheduling, routing, and team leadership.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of dispatch professionals.
• Oversee daily scheduling and dispatch operations for company plumbers and subcontractor partners.
• Prioritize urgent and time-sensitive work while balancing technician availability, customer commitments, travel time, inventory, and workload.
• Monitor job progress, resolve scheduling challenges, and drive successful job completion.
• Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Use operational data to improve productivity, routing efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue opportunities.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of leadership experience in dispatch, logistics, field service, customer service, or a similar fast-paced operation.
• Experience coordinating technicians, field employees, subcontractors, routes, or appointments.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch, CRM, routing, or field-service systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
