Financial Services Representative

Our Customer is seeking a Financial Services Representative to work out of their Middle River location. Serious Inquiries ONLY. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity.

Summary: The Financial Services Representative’s major responsibilities consist of reconciling and monitoring transactions for Customer Service Centers and Violations Processing Centers, including general ledger, collections, daily payment activity reconciliation, month-end reporting, customer inquiry response, customer refund processing, and other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Reconciliation of financial transactions.

• Reviews and codes expense invoices for processing; support month end close process.

• Monthly expense and variance analysis.

• Ad-hoc information and financial analysis.

• Compiles a monthly package of reports

• Processing and Settlement of Refunds.

• Settlement of Chargebacks and Returned Checks.

• Customer account and Credit card reconciliation

• Customer account inquiries.

• Check processing

Performance Skills/Competencies: strong experience using Microsoft Excel.

Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred.

Experience: a minimum of 1 year of related experience
