The Front Desk & Patient Experience Coordinator is the control center of daily clinic operations and the
practice’s first impression. The role protects revenue integrity through documentation discipline,
maintains professional patient experience, and enforces policy at the point of patient contact. This is an
operational enforcement role, not a passive reception role. It owns first impressions, referral integrity,
documentation accuracy, and administrative continuity at the front of house.
