Responsibilities for the Mortgage Sales Manager:
- Develop and grow strategic partnerships with major employers, healthcare systems, financial institutions, unions, professional organizations, and affinity groups throughout the Philadelphia market.
- Build executive-level relationships and create scalable referral channels that drive mortgage production through employee benefit and affinity programs.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead networking events, educational seminars, outreach campaigns, and other business development initiatives.
- Manage and mentor Corporate Loan Officers supporting institutional partnerships while monitoring applications, closings, partner performance, and overall channel growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, compliance, and executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives and develop repeatable partnership models.
Requirements for the Mortgage Sales Manager:
- Proven success in business development, institutional sales, partnership development, mortgage production, or a related sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with executives, senior leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Strong networking, consultative selling, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Residential mortgage lending experience or industry knowledge preferred.
- Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with strong knowledge of the Philadelphia market and the ability to independently generate new business opportunities.
