Assistant Montessori Teacher

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with young children and is interested in supporting their independence, confidence, and love of learning within a nurturing Montessori environment.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be warm, patient, positive, and respectful with children
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a teaching team
• Support the Lead Montessori Teacher in maintaining a peaceful, organized, and engaging classroom
• Guide children with daily routines while encouraging independence
• Help maintain a clean, beautiful, and prepared classroom environment
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with colleagues.
• Be reliable, punctual, responsible, and eager to learn.

Montessori experience is a plus, but we are happy to consider candidates who have an interest in learning the Montessori philosophy and approach.
