About the Role:
Join our vibrant team at GUN BARREL CITY WINGS LLC as a Hostess! In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized waitlist.
• Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensure a positive dining experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Support team members during busy shifts to enhance service flow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
