Sales Professional $50K - $60K Base + Commission
Job Description
Turn Your Sales Experience Into a Stable, High-Earning Career
Have you succeeded in financial services, mortgage lending, automotive sales, door-to-door sales, solar, home improvement, wireless, or another results-driven sales environment? If you know how to start conversations, build trust, overcome objections, and close business, your skills can translate into a rewarding career in insurance.
The Dixon Agency is looking for competitive, self-motivated sales professionals who are ready for a career change—not just another sales job. Previous insurance experience is not required. We’re more interested in your ability to connect with people, follow up consistently, stay disciplined, and deliver results.
Unlike many commission-only sales roles, this position offers a $50,000–$60,000 base salary plus monthly commission, giving you dependable income while continuing to reward strong performance.
As part of our growing, locally owned agency, you’ll receive hands-on training, quality leads, proven tools, clear expectations, and ongoing support. You’ll work in an energetic, in-office environment where teammates push one another to improve and celebrate wins together.
We’ll help you learn the insurance business and guide you through the licensing process. You bring the sales ability, resilience, and drive to succeed.
