- Support children as they build independence, confidence, and problem-solving skills.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.

- Follow DCFS licensing standards and Celebree's curriculum and philosophy.

Lead Teacher Qualifications:
- Early Childhood Education experience required.
- Must meet Illinois DCFS Lead Teacher qualifications (or be eligible).
- Experience working with young children is preferred but not required.
- We are happy to train caring, dependable individuals who have a genuine love for children.
