Swing Shift Warehouse Supervisor LeadWSL, Inc.WSL, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Swing Shift Warehouse Supervisor to help ensure the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and delivery of products. This hands-on leadership position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to supervise warehouse operations while working alongside the team.Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, Swing ShiftPay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourEmployment Type: Full-TimeResponsibilitiesReceive and verify incoming pick tickets and orders.Locate and pull products using loading sheets and warehouse inventory systems.Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as part of daily receiving and shipping activities.Load and unload delivery trucks and containers safely and efficiently.Perform stocking duties and replenish inventory as products are pulled.Accurately retrieve orders according to quantity, size, and specifications.Build and stage pallets for shipment at loading docks.Restock inventory manually or using warehouse equipment.Inspect, maintain, and report equipment malfunctions.Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.Lift and move products weighing up to 80 pounds on a regular basis.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.QualificationsPrevious warehouse, order picking, shipping, receiving, or supervisory experience preferred.Forklift operating experience required or ability to become certified.Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the work shift.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 80 pounds regularly.Ability to work extended periods on your feet.Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.BenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceApply today and become part of the WSL team!
