Probate & Real Estate Paralegal
Job Description
Our established Colorado probate law firm is seeking a full-time Probate & Real Estate Paralegal with 2-3 years of paralegal experience. Experience in probate, real estate, title, foreclosure, or estate administration is preferred. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects from start to finish, coordinating real estate transactions, and working closely with attorneys, clients, realtors, title companies, and other professionals.

Compensation:$65,000+ commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with probate and trust administration involving real estate.
Coordinate the sale and transfer of estate and trust properties, including working with realtors and title companies through closing.
Verify property ownership and titles, and coordinate matters involving insurance, taxes, mortgages, and utilities.
Schedule repairs, maintenance, appraisals, and inspections.
Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, contractors, vendors, and third-party professionals.
Maintain accurate files, calendars, and case information while managing multiple matters simultaneously.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of paralegal experience preferred.
Experience with probate, real estate, title, foreclosure, or estate administration is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently.
Professional, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional client service.
Background and credit checks are required.
