- 3+ years of experience with SC Personal Injury
- Workers' Compensation case management experience is a huge plus (Claimant or Defense)
- Litigation/Trial experience
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with case management software
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Type 50+wpm
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent computer skills
- Daily contact with clients
- Handle case load of 50+ plaintiff's cases
- Type legal correspondence
- Collect medical records & bills
- Set up claims
- Draft Briefs, demands, all case related documents
- Case management software
