Start your driving career in the Cleveland, OH area with a role designed for new CDL A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver to learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.
What we offer
- Paid training during the 4–6 week mentor period.
- Weekly pay of $1,600–$1,800 after training, with direct deposit.
- Full benefits available following completion of training.
- A strong starting opportunity for recent CDL A graduates ready to move from the classroom into real-world driving.
- Practical, on-the-road guidance from an experienced mentor before taking on solo driving responsibilities.
- A structured path to help new drivers build confidence and experience safely while operating in and around the Cleveland region.
What you'll be doing
- Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period that covers day-to-day driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition into solo driving.
- Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.
- Follow safe driving practices, perform required vehicle and trip checks, and develop professional habits for over-the-road operations.
- Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver operating out of the Cleveland area.
What we're looking for
- Safety-first mindset: consistently follow DOT requirements, company procedures, and safe driving practices.
- Reliability: arrive prepared to work, maintain schedules, and handle responsibilities during training and after transitioning to solo driving.
- Coachability: be receptive to feedback from your mentor and willing to learn through real-time instruction while on the road.
- Strong communication: remain in contact with your mentor and dispatch, ask questions when needed, and communicate clearly about schedules, issues, and load information.
