Earn $23/hour starting pay with opportunities to earn up to $25.50/hour through performance and rescue bonuses. Pointer Express LLC is hiring full-time and part-time Delivery Drivers from our Granville, NY (12832) terminal. Work a 4-day schedule, receive weekly pay, benefits, PTO and 401(k), and drive a company-provided van. No CDL required.

Pointer Express LLC is a veteran-owned Delivery Service Partner (DSP) serving Eastern New York and Vermont since 2023. We offer a steady, team-focused workplace with rural and city routes. Our terminal is at 1159 County Route 24, Granville, NY 12832.

Pay and Benefits

• Earn $23–$25.50 per hour with performance and rescue bonuses

• Starting pay - $23 per hour

Schedule and Hours

• Start at 10:00 a.m. and work until deliveries are complete

• Full-time: four days per week, including Saturday or Sunday

• Part-time delivery driver schedules: one to three days per week

• Saturday availability is strongly preferred

• Friday–Monday weekend schedule available

Key Responsibilities

• Complete package delivery routes

• Safely drive a company van and complete vehicle inspections

• Follow traffic laws and company safety rules

• Use a smartphone for GPS, package scanning, timekeeping, and team communication

Required Qualifications

• At least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license

• Must safely manage packages weighing up to 50 pounds

• Driving or hands-on work experience is preferred

• No CDL required
