Job Overview
A growing logistics and distribution operation is seeking dependable Warehouse Workers / Package Handlers to join the team. This is a physically active role ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and being part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely unload trailers and incoming shipments
  • Sort packages according to zip codes and delivery routes
  • Load delivery trucks accurately and efficiently
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
  • Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
  • Reliable, dependable, and flexible with work assignments
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. regularly (up to 55 lbs. maximum)
  • Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures, including hot and cold conditions depending on the season
  • Strong work ethic and positive team-oriented attitude
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a Basic and County Background Check
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks
  • Compliance with all workplace safety policies
Dress Code
Employees must wear:
  • Plain shirt or T-shirt
  • Dark jeans
  • Closed-toe shoes
