SYNERGY HomeCare is growing, and so is the need for compassionate caregivers. We're actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to care for clients throughout Milford, MA.

As a CNA or HHA, you'll provide personalized care that allows seniors and individuals in need to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
Your responsibilities include:
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
Helping clients with mobility, transfers, and walking assistance.
Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding.
Performing light housekeeping and laundry.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Offering medication reminders.
Observing changes in clients' health and reporting concerns.
Building meaningful relationships while delivering exceptional care.
We're searching for caregivers who are:
Certified as a CNA or HHA.
Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
Comfortable working independently in clients' homes.
Strong communicators with a positive attitude.
Reliable transportation is preferred.
Previous home care experience is helpful but not required.
