Position Summary

As a Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person for your team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to deliver top-notch service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is ready to step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring team members to uphold company standards.
• Monitor workflow and delegate tasks to ensure efficiency.
• Support management in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
