What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and develop Production Supervisors while driving daily production performance.
- Monitor production results and work with leadership to improve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.
- Oversee employee performance, staffing, training, and day-to-day manufacturing operations.
What We're Looking For
- 7-10+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience leading supervisors or other manufacturing leaders.
- Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus, especially with Lean or Toyota Production System environments.
