The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring a consistent and accurate flow of materials to the production floor. This role supports inventory accuracy within the warehouse and provides assistance to the Shipping and Receiving team as needed.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM
Pay: $20-22/hour
- Locate and pull materials for scheduled production jobs as directed by Lead Operators.
- Review job cards prior to material pulls and notify Leads or the Production Planner of any discrepancies.
- Return unused materials to proper warehouse locations upon job completion.
- Assist with stocking and organizing manufactured and resale parts and materials.
- Perform cycle counts of stock and non-stock inventory as assigned.
- Record stock transfers and inventory transactions accurately within the ERP system to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, ensuring materials are stored properly and space is utilized efficiently.
- Cross-train in Shipping and Receiving functions to provide coverage during high workload periods and vacations
- Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with all company safety and security policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2 years of related warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
- Experience working in a computer-based environment with business or ERP software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic math proficiency.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflow, and multitask effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond positively to changing priorities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Continual use of hands; constant standing, walking, reaching, bending, pulling and lifting
- Clear close vision and ability to identify and distinguish color variations
