Job Title:Quality Inspector – Seating Components (Pelham, TN)
Location:Pelham, TN
Pay:$17.00 per hour + Overtime
Schedule:Monday – Friday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime available and included)
Job Description:We are hiring Quality Inspectors for a local manufacturer in Pelham, TN that produces seating components. In this role, you will carefully inspect seating parts for defects, dents, dings, scratches, and other quality issues to ensure only top-quality products leave the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed visual and hands-on inspections of seating components
- Check for dents, dings, scratches, fitment issues, and other imperfections
- Document inspection results and report defects according to standards
- Work closely with production teams to maintain high quality
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Stand for the full shift and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot small defects
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35–40 lbs as needed
