The responsibilities are as follows:
- Comfortable working at a high pace for about 3 hours.
- Organized.
- Muli-tasking.
- Keeping kitchen cleaned and dishes washed.

Hours of operation 7-4 Monday through Friday Saturday 8-2 (No nights, closed Sunday and most holidays).
