What We're Looking For

'14; Active California RN License

'14; Minimum 5 years of Emergency Department RN experience

'14; Previous Charge Nurse, Nurse Lead, or Supervisor experience

'14; Current BLS Certification

'14; Current Epic EMR experience (Required)

'14; Strong leadership, staffing, and team coordination skills

What You'll Do

• Lead Emergency Department operations during your shift

• Coordinate staffing assignments and patient flow

• Provide hands-on clinical support when needed

• Mentor and coach nursing staff

• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership

• Promote quality, patient safety, and operational excellence
