Controller

We’re a tight-knit, family-owned roofing company that has been keeping Tucson dry for years — and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Controller who doesn’t just close the books, but owns them. This isn’t a back-office position. You’ll have a real seat at the table, real visibility, and real impact on how we operate day to day.

What You’ll Own

• Full-cycle accounting — AP, AR, payroll, job costing, and monthly close

• Cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting in a project-driven environment

• Financial reporting and dashboards that help ownership make smart decisions fast

• Liaison with external CPA, insurance, bonding, and banking relationships

• Building and improving financial systems, processes, and internal controls as we scale

Who You Are

• 3–7+ years of accounting experience, ideally in construction, trades, or a project-based industry

• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lean, entrepreneurial environment

• Proficient in QuickBooks (or similar) and Excel; experience with construction management software a plus

• Detail-oriented and organized — you catch things others miss

• A people person who can talk numbers with ownership and field crews alike
