Looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and wants to be part of a supportive and FUN team! PM HOURS ONLY- must have previous line cook experience.
JOB DUTIES:

Kitchen Execution & Station Management:
- Prepare and set up station with all necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment before service.
- Execute dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality in every plate.
- Manage high-volume ticket flow during service while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with BOH team to ensure proper timing and coordination of dishes.

Closing & Operational Support:
- Properly break down, clean, and restock station at the end of each shift to ensure readiness for the next service.
- Assist with prep tasks, inventory awareness, and minimizing waste as needed.
- Support overall kitchen operations by completing side work and assisting in additional tasks during slower periods.
