Orangetheory Fitness Wichita is looking for energetic, people-focused coaches who know how to lead a room, motivate members, and create a great workout experience.
This is a great fit for certified personal trainers, group fitness coaches, and fitness professionals who want to focus on coaching instead of spending hours programming workouts or constantly chasing leads. At Orangetheory, the workout is built for you. You bring the energy, coaching, and connection.
We also welcome coaches who maintain personal training clients outside of Orangetheory, as long as they can reliably fulfill their scheduled classes with our team.
What You’ll Do
You’ll arrive before class, review the workout, prep the room, and connect with the team. As members come in, you’ll greet them, answer questions, and set the tone. During class, you’ll coach with energy and presence while helping members move safely and train with purpose. After class, you’ll celebrate wins, connect with members, and reset for the next group.

- Coach proper form, movement quality, and effort
- Provide modifications and support for different fitness levels
- Motivate members and help create a strong class experience
- Build relationships with members before, during, and after class
- Use heart-rate based technology to guide and encourage performance
- Work with the studio team to deliver a consistent, positive member experience
