Retail Associate - Firearms

Position responsibilities:

• Provide the best customer service all around.
• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and leave the store.
• Assist customers with firearms, accessories, bows/crossbows, hunting supplies, apparel, and accessories.
• Answer customer questions about product features, benefits, availability, and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to firearm sales.
• Assist in achieving store appearance, perform general cleaning duties and stock inventory and display to maximize visibility and sales.
• Will have to work Saturdays and some holidays.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Must be computer savvy with POS systems; must know how to type, use Microsoft office proficiently, and be willing to learn new programs.
• Must be able to multi-task, VERY Important.
• Must be able to provide prompt and courteous customer service in person.
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21 or older and able to lift 30 lbs.
• Clean background, background check will be done.

  High school diploma or equivalent
