Job Description
Job Description
Benefits:
Personal Training Manager
BASECK Training | Haddonfield, NJ
Not Your Typical Fitness Job
Most coaching jobs mean burnout, split shifts, weekend work, and no real path forward, just coaching classes forever. At BASECK Training, we're building careers, not filling shifts.
You'll work a real schedule (30-35 hours a week, weekends off), get genuine room to grow into leadership as we expand to new locations, and do work that means something. Every session run supports our Redefining Sweat Equity initiative, directing proceeds to charitable causes based on our team's effort.
Benefits
You've led a team before, or you're more than ready to. You can coach a room and coach a person, motivating a group through a workout and sitting down one-on-one to talk through someone's goals. You're accountable, energetic, and you want more out of your career than "just coaching."
What You'll Do
Coach & Deliver Results
$45,000-$65,000 base salary, plus monthly and quarterly bonuses and commission opportunities
How to Apply
Submit your resume. Along with your application, please send either a 60-90 second video telling us why you'd be a great fit for this role, or answering: what's your coaching philosophy, and why are you ready for leadership, not just coaching, in an email to claron.johnson@basecktraining. We review applications with this step included first.
