Behavioral Health Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our interdisciplinary team of professionals serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive and focused behavioral intervention services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive/focused behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays in language, cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor, and communication development

  • Collaborate with BCBA and supervising BCaBA or BCBA to design and implement individualized behavior service plans

  • Deliver direct ABA and Group services to children and families, maintaining accurate records of case notes and progress

  • Communicate effectively with supervising BCaBA or BCBA, as well as with clients and families, to ensure seamless program implementation and progress updates

  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services) preferred

  • Previous experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong communication and organizational skills

  • Passion for working with children and families; commitment to collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning
