Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing individualized care plans
Assess and monitor patient condition, report changes to healthcare team, and document patient interactions and outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan
