As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with special needs, including individual therapy, group/social skills therapy, and educational placement.

Not an RBT yet? No problem! We offer paid training to help you obtain this national certification. Since we are not solely focused on profit, we value our employees and pay them for every minute they work - regardless of if that work is billable to a funding source.

Responsibilities:

• As an RBT, you will work closely with our team of certified behavior analysts to develop and implement personalized intervention plans for each child

• You will provide one-on-one therapy sessions, group therapy, and support activities to help children develop essential skills and behaviors

• You will maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians to ensure a collaborative approach

• You will also participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to advance your skills and knowledge

What We Offer:

Competitive Hourly Rate: $22 - $23 per hour

FREE Supervision: Receive 40 hours of paid training and supervision under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to obtain your RBT certification

Requirements:

• No prior experience necessary - we offer paid training to help you obtain your RBT certification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to improving the lives of children with special needs

The position offers FREE supervision under a BCBA for candidates pursuing RBT certification; all 40 hours of RBT training will be paid! Ongoing training and supervision are provided to all staff.
