Start your driving career in the Meridian, MS area with a role designed for newly licensed CDL-A drivers. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and new CDL-A holders for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the daily flow of professional trucking in the region, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What you'll be doing:
- Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period that includes learning day-to-day driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition into solo driving.
- Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.
- Follow safe driving practices, complete required vehicle and cargo checks, and develop professional habits for over-the-road operations.
- Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
