Position Overview:
Diesel Mechanic
We're looking to grow our service department by filling diesel mechanic positions in our fast growing ag dealership. Experience is preferred; extensive initial training is provided specific to our equipment lines. On-going training is required with progression to Master Tech Certified status expected.

Off-Season Mon – Fri 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
On-Call Weekends Seasonally (Planting/Harvest)

- $30 - $40/hour
- Monthly tool allowance (up to $150 per month)
Annual Year End Bonus
- Up to 15% of annual salary - Sales/Goal based

- Health Insurance Coverage after 60 Days – Employer pays 80% of individual plan (50% of family plan)
- Dental/Vision - Employer pays 50% of plan
