Your Impact

• Execute inspections, measurements, and functional tests to confirm compliance with established standards.
• Record results with precision; report anomalies, defects, and trends to the right stakeholders.
• Assist in authoring and refining quality control procedures and checklists.
• Work side-by-side with production to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive problem-solving through root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
• Maintain organized logs, test data, and dashboards of quality metrics.
• Support training and refreshers on quality methods and best practices.

Must-Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Keen attention to detail with strong analytical ability.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with quality management systems and quality tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software.
